I have not open a ticket yet, is this fixed? I really wanna buy those 100$ credits right now. Sorry for any confusion. There isn't an issue happening with purchasing. Our system has certain fraud rules that can be triggered for a variety of reasons. We can clear up any errors that prevent a purchase, but it has to be done individually. We can fix this for you, but you have to submit a ticket (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/478). Once you've submitted a ticket our customer support team will be able to get this squared away.
