I have the same problem. Sprites are missing and textures are not loading. It was all fine before the latest update.

Both me and some of my guildmates have the same issues since last glyph update

Since last patch, I got NO sound, and EXTRA lag.

I did fully reinstall the game and nothing is fixed, it is worst.

I can't join my bf inside the game on week end ... so many thanks it keeps me away spending a penny for such a crap offer.

I always close Glyph, that does not fix the problem.

Same issue. Game is lagging horribly on my back-up dual-core system (G3258 @4.3Ghz). It ran wonderfully before the latest Glyph launcher update.
Now the Glyph launcher is hitting 50% CPU utilization in task manager and I can barely drive my donkey down a path.

I checked my other PC that has an I5 (4670k@4.5Ghz) and it's taking up about 25% of CPU utilization after game launch.
Both systems running Win7 64bit and have 16GB of 2400Mhz RAM and GTX700 series cards.

Close GlyphClient.exe and the game runs fine. I just hope it doesn't get me banned for not running it in the background.

There was a glyph update yesterday (october 24) that has caused Glyph to run with 50%+ CPU utilization when it is opened. This will cause major lag in the game if you leave Glyph open. If you are noticing long pauses/freezing and sound/video not staying in sync properly, then you need to set glyph to close when the game launches. You can do this in the glyph settings under the Advanced Option.

This will fix that particular issue, but doesnt fix all the other issues that are plaguing the game.
