I dont want to create a new ticket, I want to answer.
How can I answer if I'm banned?

If you received an email about your ban click Reply in your email account to respond to that email. If not, send an email to appeals@trionworlds.com. The appeals team will work with you on your banned account. If you have additional questions about an appeal, make sure to send them to the Appeals team.
