View Full Version : 1 month with the same ticket

Have a problem with my account, and try to solve in live chat. The support in live chat only can delete my payment methods and say "wait for 15min". My problem persist after this, and dont reply my tickets (yes, more than one) in 1 month, this is the Trion support? How can solve my problem?

I belive my problem is for my old rift account, because i go to pay with debit card, in my bank charge the money with the RIFT name. After this problem try to pay with debit card/paypal, i try to buy with credits sistem, and have the same error T-T

Anyone can solve my problem? Now only want to pay with crystals, because when attemt to pay with debit card charge to my cc and dont give me the patron. Now have the same problem with paypal, and have 2 disputes opened...

A month in queue seems like a really long time for something like this. Were those tickets created automatically at the end of a live chat?

The link is broken.

And tickets, one or two are created in live chats, and anothers created for me, and put in Solved because have more than 1 ticket with the same problem.

Trion supports is a ♥♥♥♥. Only delete payment methods and wait 15min... AND THIS DONT WORK WITH MY BUGGED ACCOUNT!!

The tickets created by live chat don't seem to be in the queue at all (or they are given a very low priority). You want your active ticket to be the one you sent in.

Have tickets opened with live chat, with email, manual tickets.. all.. and dont solve anything...
