Hello,

I bought Patron Status about a couple of weeks ago. When I did, my in-game timer did not update, it said my Patron would end on 11-11-14. I listened to your Customer Service of "If the counter on the website is accurate, it will reflect in game." This is NOT TRUE.

So, now that I've waited for it to run out. 1. I don't have the Patron Status that I bought and didn't contact you with my concern due to your FAQ. And 2. I've lost a good amount of Labor Points to this too.

Fix it.
I expect a Response soon, Your customer inquiry center is slow.

If any changes need to be made to your account we will need a support ticket (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/478) from you. Just describe your situation in the ticket and we will do our best to get you squared away as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response - I cannot contact Customer Service, you all banned my Rift Account in order to transfer my RIFT Coins to ArcheAge.

Nevermind. I replaced the word RIFT with ArcheAge in the address bar.
Here's my ticket - I await a prompt response.
