Hello,
I bought Patron Status about a couple of weeks ago. When I did, my in-game timer did not update, it said my Patron would end on 11-11-14. I listened to your Customer Service of "If the counter on the website is accurate, it will reflect in game." This is NOT TRUE.
So, now that I've waited for it to run out. 1. I don't have the Patron Status that I bought and didn't contact you with my concern due to your FAQ. And 2. I've lost a good amount of Labor Points to this too.
Fix it.
I expect a Response soon, Your customer inquiry center is slow.
