Hello,

I bought Patron Status about a couple of weeks ago. When I did, my in-game timer did not update, it said my Patron would end on 11-11-14. I listened to your Customer Service of "If the counter on the website is accurate, it will reflect in game." This is NOT TRUE.

So, now that I've waited for it to run out. 1. I don't have the Patron Status that I bought and didn't contact you with my concern due to your FAQ. And 2. I've lost a good amount of Labor Points to this too.

Fix it.
I expect a Response soon, Your customer inquiry center is slow.

On the website, its says I have 4 months left of patron. The in game says it expires on the 19 of this month. Which is it ? Both are wrong. hahah I just don't to log in on the 19 with no patron status

you are not alone bleur - i have paid thru credit as well as spending in game savings on apex credits. neither of the twp patron purchases are reflected in game
