Hey again everyone!I just want to take a moment to provide more information on the various errors people are running into. Sometimes you may run into an issue that prevents you from adding a payment method to your account. You will be able to enter all of your details, but the page simply refreshes and the payment info isn't added.In other situations, you'll have a payment method added, but when attempting to make a purchase you will receive an error that you should either contact support, or try your purchase later. Whenever you run into either of those situations, please contact support. You can either submit a ticket (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/478), or contact Live Chat (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/chat/chat_launch), if eligible. There are some errors we can fix very easily, while other errors may require additional information.
