2 Support tickets, unanswered. Waiting for my refund.

I have been unable to play the game for possibly 2-3 Weeks. Support helped me initially and I followed their basic instruction, however after they asked for my logs they never again responded.

I have now lost all my property, Lost thousands upon thousands of Labor points.
I am sick and tired of this, I will open a criminal case if I do not get my refund.
