Ticket #141119-002997 Unable to convert Apex into credits, with patron status running out in two days. Apex was purchased via AH during the first couple weeks the game was live via additional account. Transferred two of those Apex via shared chest today. Double clicking starts the progress bar, but error is produced and conversion does not occur. I waited several minutes in case you have to be logged in for a bit to use apex, no go. Sorry for the confusion!
