I had this problem last week and gave up after my ticket was supposed to be escalated but I never got an escalation email. Your reference number for this ticket is 141109-002097zI am still unable to add ANY method of payment or purchase credits. Please fix this!I am currently in queue for Live Chat as I type this. I am wanting to give you guys money and you are making it difficult!If you haven't received any update on this ticket yet, it means it is still in queue and has not been closed. Unfortunately as it is an escalated issue, it needs to be addressed in the escalated queue in question.
