Everyone who has posted their ticket number should have an update to their ticket now! :DPlease wait at least 15 minutes before attempting your purchase again, and if you're still having trouble update your ticket for further assistance. Again, while these purchase errors may show the same message they are all account-specific. Please check out our support article on failed purchases (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1815) for information on common causes of the error. If it persists, submit a ticket (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/478) so our Support team can take care of this. Also, it's worth mentioning that submitting multiple tickets about the issue will not get it addressed faster. In fact, it will make it take longer for everyone. For this reason if you have a ticket open for an issue that was resolved, please close any tickets you may have about it.
