Hey guys, Those of you who have posted your reference numbers should have updates to your tickets! Please give the system at least 20 minutes before attempting your purchase again. Please note that these purchase errors are not the result of a bug in the system, but rather they are specific to your account and payment method. If you are getting this error, please check out our support article on what may be causing your failed purchase (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1815). Additionally, please submit a ticket (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/478) so our Support team can look further into this. If you are requesting assistance here, we ask that you post your reference number so we can look into this. Also, please refrain from submitting more than one ticket regarding any issue. Submitting multiple tickets about the same issue actually makes it take longer for us to address, and increases the wait time for everyone else requesting assistance. If you have duplicate tickets open about an issue, please close them. Lastly, this is not the place to discuss an account ban. If you would like to appeal an action on your account, you must email appeals@trionworlds.com from the email of the affected account so that your case can be investigated by one of our Appeals agents.
