Hey all, Everyone who has posted a reference number should have an update to their ticket, but please give the system at least 20 minutes before attempting your purchase again. :o If you are getting an error when trying to make a purchase, please be aware that this is not due to a bug in the system as all errors are account-specific. If you're still having trouble making a purchase, please check out our support page on the common causes of purchase errors (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1815). If you're having trouble with PayPal, check out our page specifically for PayPal purchase issues (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/493). Should the issue persist, please submit a ticket (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/478) and post your reference number here so we can look into this for you. Again, please note that submitting multiple tickets about the same issue will only increase the time it takes us to address your issue and everyone else's. If you have multiple tickets open about the same issue, please go ahead and close them.
