If you're getting an error that Glyph is already running, do me a favor and restart your PC again, this time with minimal background tasks running (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/392). After the restart, empty our your temporary files by following these instructions:1. Hold the Windows key and press the letter R to open the Run window2. Type the following text, precisely as it appears here: %temp% then click OK or press Enter3. This opens the Temporary files folder, containing files that are no longer necessary4. Hold the Ctrl key and press the letter A, or use the mouse to highlight all files5. Press the Delete key (Note: Generally, a few files may be in use and cannot be removed. It is completely safe to Skip these files. Restarting the computer before attempting these steps minimizing those files)6. Right-click on the Recycle Bin and select Empty Recycle BinOnce the temp files are gone, right-click on Glyph and try launching it again. If you still see an error that it is already running hold Ctrl + Alt + Delete and select Start Task Manager. See if multiple versions of the GlyphClient file are running. If so, close them all and try launching Glyph again.Let me know if you continue to have trouble.
