Make sure to follow our Glyph troubleshooting steps (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1744), specifically, removing Glyph and downloading it again.If those steps don't resolve the issue, make sure to allow the full Glyph and ArcheAge folders as exceptions to any security software. Also, download all updates available for your antivirus/security program.You should also restart your PC and delete your temporary files, as described on the first page of this thread, if the error keeps happening. After uninstalling Glyph, make sure to modify the settings again so that the client is using the same installation location as the existing game installations.
