My daughter just tried to log into her account for the first time in over a month. She is getting the message stating "the account has been banned". We checked her email and there was nothing from trion with any information about a ban. There was nothing she would have done to warrant a ban and I believe this is a false positive ban. The other four accounts in my household are fine.

Please advise.

Have your daughter send an email from her email address to appeals@trionworlds.com. The appeals team will investigate her appeal in the order it is received, so the sooner she can send the email, the better.

Our community team won't be able to overturn her ban, so please ask her to be patient while the appeals team works with her to resolve the issue.
