View Full Version : NEBE Europe Server have many problem

Halo, I have been play in 2 servers, Nebe Europe and Naima America Server. in NEBE Europe there are so many problem when I play, like unexpected disconnect, sometime the game stopped abruptly, and closing it self. :(:(:( what happen with this NEBE server ???

Hey there!

There are a couple things to try to help with these issues. I don't know if they will eliminate every issue you may experience, but they should improve things for you.

If you're running into crashes, make sure to go through these crashing steps (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1324).

With disconnects, there could be a few causes. If you use router on your home network, just as a temporary test, try removing your router (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/49).

You can also try adjusting your DNS settings (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/393) to improve connectivity. Also, check your antivirus software's settings. Sometimes AV programs can have an active scan that kicks in every few minutes, and can cause consistent disconnects. You can either disable this active scan, or add the full Glyph and ArcheAge folders to your exceptions list and see if you continue to have trouble.

I also play on Nebe so I tried the steps regarding DNS settings.

I was sceptical because I am in EU, while the DNS servers are most likely located in NA, but it worked. I had no forced disconnect yesterday (for about 8 hours of gameplay).

For next few days I will play with this setting and I tell you if it made any difference.
