7616 i paid Patron on 22 dec 2014 but now in-game i don't have patron.1 day with out Paton......so saddd.this X-mas gift from trion?

u check my lastest reply in mail.i try again to pay but not sure my payment can activate to patron ot not cos at paymen method show 3 days not 33 days. thank you for good support. i'm feel good now :D

I am not seeing an update to your ticket just yet. Go ahead and wait until Monday and try the purchase again. At that point you should be fine.

i post ticket for same prob , i don't got any answer for 4 days , sending screenshot from web and IG (141222-000755)

this morning my patron status is back , still no message , no answer from support

it's not very "fun" even if we're please that problem are solved , being without any information from support , 4 full days , nor compensation of any sort , we can't tell it's "cool" nor "normal" ...

become boring to have to fight with support
it's supposed to be a game ...

@Seringue i thought Something wrong to Payment system on site show payment method but in game no patron.....what happen at database -..- i feel u "Not FuN" GM Fasti he's not bad.i hope he can solve this problem cos i pay 4 Account if all mad payment.......hell.I must say GG trion.

Rayraze , i don't think that "forcing" us to post on forum because "standard" assistance is deficient is somewhat we have to applause
i'm sure that some GM do much more than their work , but they not magician and so we still have problem and no communication from Trion

so i don't think Trion deserve a GG ...

i make my road on several games before, and i never saw this state of lack

sorry AA seems to be a great game, but Trion is not very impressive for support nor communication

I had submitted a ticket days ago and spoke with Live support multiple times with no results.

My account states that I have patron status for 1 month & 90+ days but in game I do not have patron. Please help! Ticket: 141221-001798
