View Full Version : Can't use live chat to refund a marketplace purchase of an item that doesn't work as described?

I recently purchased a Car Display Stand, and found out that instead of working in Manors like the tooltip says, it apparently only works in Mansions. I wanted to get a refund of the credits, since my purchase of the item was based on incorrect information provided by the game, but apparently I can't use live chat for that because it's only for "account, billing, and technical support"; this should really be extended to marketplace support as well, because now I've got an item I can't use because it was labeled wrong, and I can't go use the credits I purchased on something usable until I get a refund.
