Go ahead and uninstall Glyph using the steps on this article (https://trionworlds.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203364498) to make sure to remove all elements of the client. You can leave your games installed, just remove Glyph.When that is done, restart your PC with minimal background tasks (https://trionworlds.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203364518) running. After your computer restarts, go through your Temporary folder and delete your leftover temp files by doing these steps:1. Hold the Windows key and press the letter R to open the Run window2. Type the following text, precisely as it appears here: %temp% then click OK or press Enter3. This opens the Temporary files folder, containing files that are no longer necessary4. Hold the Ctrl key and press the letter A, or use the mouse to highlight all files5. Press the Delete key (Note: Generally, a few files may be in use and cannot be removed. It is completely safe to Skip these files. Restarting the computer before attempting these steps minimizes those files)6. Right-click on the Recycle Bin and select Empty Recycle BinFinally, download the Glyph installer (http://t.co/agXEh9oGJ4), right-click on it and select Run as Administrator. Make sure the Settings of Glyph have the installation path pointed to the right place to find your current game installation before launching the game again.Thanks!
