I've received this email from Trion.

This email is to inform you that your Trion Worlds account has been banned due to a violation of our Terms of Use, Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy, or End User License Agreement. If you wish to discuss the reasons for this ban or request reinstatement of your account, please email us at appeals@trionworlds.com from the email associated with your account.

We recognize that the acts that led to this ban may not have been initiated by you, and we apologize if this is the case. Trion is committed to maintaining a fun and safe place for our customers to play games, and we have taken this action as a last resort to ensure a better gaming experience for our valued customers.

So I sent an email to "appeals@trionworlds.com" and It's been 2 days already, but haven't got any reply.

I chatted with GM Drator and he said that "Unfortunately, this can only be handled by our appeals department. I'll be forwarding this request to our Appeals department and they will contact you via email. They will respond as quickly as possible. In the future, you can email them directly at appeals@trionworlds.com", (which I already did, 2 days ago...)

He also informed me that " it can take anywhere from 12-14 days for appeals to address and investigate the issue."

But I have properties..and I have taxes to pay. I can not wait 12-14 days...

Trion, could you double check my account...?

I looked at the forum and found that I'm not the only one with this problem.

How did you guys resolve this issue, and how long did it take?

I'm very confused.

Please wait for the appeals team to follow up with you. There is no need to create a forum thread regarding your appeal.
