You seem to be using all you stuns and knock downs right out the gate. Earthquake should be followed up with whirlwind to knock them down otherwise why use earthquake and charge in? and rush followed up with triple blow for the knock down.

backflip sends you further than earthquake's range. If you move forward the insta cast window on earthquake will be gone.
Also rush will knock down if you follow up with triple blow.

You can play around with a few things to make backflip/earthquake work.
1) backflip over them so you are still close enough
2) lead with rush ->triple blow -> backflip cancel with plunge -> earthquake (i would suggest whirlwind for another knockdown)

I don't understand why you have turning blade, without prestidigitation. Also, weaponwind not necessary with dual-wield. Arrowbomb is a good skill to have, even if you're Assassin (melee) and not an Archer (range). Did you know fast movement increases your agility; therefore, increasing your evasion (i think), So those first two passives will have diminishing returns, without fast movement.

I would definitely add in perforation in right after purge, some abilities proc additional damage etc in combination with your skills, the builder that im linking here http://arche-base.com/builds/generator#8.1.6/80HvGyJvUa7K has your original build and shows a few of the combinations that are there for you that you cant see on the impact builder.
