Should i hire a private investigator to find me this button/link? Also what kind of an answer is that? "It works in certain hours, if it doesnt submit a ticket" Sorry if my wording was confusing. If you cannot access Live Chat, we will need to investigate on our end to see why. We can do that if you use our support site to submit a ticket, which is separate from live Chat. On our support page (https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/en-us/articles/204400287-Contacting-Trion-Support) there is a link at the top that reads, "Submit A Request (https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=65193)" which will allow you to submit that ticket. Make sure to select Glyph Account Issues from the drop-down menu so your ticket goes to the right spot. When you have a ticket, let me know and I will follow up on this.
