I stopped playing some months ago and my account has been inactive since then, now that I try to access my account a message pops out and says that I need to input a code sent to my email because apparently I'm trying to log in from a different place.

Anyways it has been 24 hours since I tried to connect but I still haven't received the email. Can I please have some assistance with this? Last time this happened I ended creating a new account because the email never came.
