The game is installed in my (x86) folder, but there is no history.txt file anywhere within the Glyph folder. It's not in the Games folder or any other folder within Glyph... If you hit the Windows key to pop open your Windows bar, and type history into the search bar, when clicking on the Files header, it should bring up a list of files called history.If you still cannot find it, that means the game isn't actually installed on your PC. You'll want to make sure to thoroughly uninstall any ArcheAge files (https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/en-us/articles/204185037-How-to-uninstall-ArcheAge) from your PC.When that is done, follow these steps to completely uninstall Glyph (https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/en-us/articles/203364498-General-Glyph-Troubleshooting) as well.With both removed, create a new Windows user account (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-user-account#create-user-account=windows-7) on your PC, sign into that new user account and install Glyph (http://t.co/agXEh9oGJ4).Once Glyph is installed, go into your antivirus program and add the full folder for Glyph as an exception. When that is done, try running the installation of ArcheAge again. Both Glyph and ArcheAge should be installed to your C: drive, along with Windows, or else you run the risk of continuing to have these same problems.I hope that helps!
