Bump. GM pls? :( Hey there, sorry for that wait. Since you already had an authenticator, we will need to remove it before the new one can be added.Please contact support (https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/en-us/articles/203678287-Account-Recovery) and we will get your old authenticator removed.The RIFT Mobile Authenticator app on the iPhone and Android stores will work to protect your Glyph account, but the format won't match until we remove the old authenticator and you can attach your new one.Thanks for your patience.
