Hi there!Restart your PC with minimal background tasks (https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/en-us/articles/203364518-How-to-boot-system-into-clean-boot-state) running, so we can minimize interference from other programs. As soon as it restarts, before launching anything, follow the steps at the end of my post here to delete temp files (http://forums.archeagegame.com/showthread.php?171478-Glyph-Installer-Freezes-on-quot-Finishing...-quot&p=1556804&viewfull=1#post1556804). Just delete the temp files, don't worry about the other steps for now. When your temporary files are deleted, and your Recycle Bin emptied, do a Search of your hard drive for any files containing the word Glyph, then do the same for ArcheAge. If any files remain, delete them. This includes searching in the %localappdata% folder discussed in the post linked above.Sometimes there are files left behind after uninstalling that need to be deleted before installing again. Some files may include a .LOCK suffix (http://forums.archeagegame.com/showthread.php?5754-Can-t-enter-Glyph-platform/page5), so be on the lookout or that. After all these files are gone, empty your Recycle Bin again, then restart your PC one more time.Where are you trying to install Glyph and ArcheAge on your PC? If at all possible, find a way to install them to the default location on your C: drive. Download this version of the Glyph installer (http://t.co/agXEh9oGJ4), right-click on it and select Run as Administrator. If it still doesn't install after trying those steps, let me know.
