Anyone who hasn't submitted a ticket (https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/en-us/articles/204400287-Contacting-Trion-Support), please make sure to do so. If you have, and the issue continues, make sure to update the ticket to let support know. Also, keep them updated on specific steps you have tried. I do have a suggestion, for those of you able to give this a try. First up, go into your current ArcheAge folder and see if there is a Beta folder. If there is, delete that for me, then empty your Recycle Bin. Restart your PC and try the game again. If the error continues, and you have access to the storage space somewhere, make a copy of the C:\Program Files (x86)\Glyph\Games folder. Just copy that whole Games folder and place that copy somewhere else. Either in your Documents folder (if you have the free space), an external hard drive, or a USB flash drive. Once that folder is copied, do another complete uninstall of ArcheAge (https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/en-us/articles/204185037-How-to-uninstall-ArcheAge) and Glyph. Then, create another Administrator Windows account on your PC. The steps will vary by your version of Windows, but here are the steps for Windows 7 (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-user-account#create-user-account=windows-7). Once that is created, restart your PC and when it boots up, sign into the new profile. Once Windows launches, download this version of the Glyph installer, right-click on it, then select Run as Administrator. After Glyph is installed to the default location, grab your previously backed up Games folder and place it inside of your new Glyph installation. Make sure to right-click the Glyph launcher and select Run as Administrator. Once Glyph launches, click the Settings tab at the top and click on ArcheAge in the menu on the left. Make sure to point the Installation Path to C:\Program Files (x86)\Glyph\Games\ArcheAge. Once that is done, try launching the game and updated your ticket if the problem continues.
