I have the same problem. send 2 e-mails directly to support@trionworlds.com with the request to change my email adress, but haven't received any answer yet. Hi there! We don't have any emails from you, but in a small number of cases, players who do not receive our emails are also not getting through when emailing us. Please create an alternate email address from providers such as Yahoo.com, Outlook.com, or Gmail.com and email us from there. In that email you'll want to include the email address on the account you need help with, as well as any account info you can recall, such as your name, date of birth, answers to your security questions, character names, and whatever you can think of. Once you send that email you'll get a confirmation receipt that includes a ticket number. Post that ticket here and we'll get you straightened out.
