Just to report a "hole" in your technical support efforts:
I acquired this game through Steam.
Upon loading the game for the first time, I got kicked when hackshield failed to update.
You nicely anticipated this error by redirecting me automatically to a website where you explain which executables I should run as administrator.
However, the paths you show on the website do not apply for Steam users, where the default install of ArcheAge is under SteamApps and not under Glyph...
You may want to update the support website! :-)
