By the way, I've set to use GTX 760M as the default Graphic Card but in this log it still used Intel HD 4600 instead?

Besides, there isn't any file named "system.cfg" in either "C:\Users\**\Documents\ArcheAge" nor "E:\Glyph\Games\ArcheAge\Beta" at all.

Go to page 30 read my post on disabling the source, just disabling the on board graphics card does not stop the software from trying to run it.

Have you tried these steps (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1770)? The system.cfg file won't be created until you have gotten into the game, so spamming the Esc key as soon as you hit Play should work for you.

At that point you can adjust the cfg file to skip the movie going forward.

oh no sry, i can watch the movies and get into character creation then i create watch the intro movie and in the loadingscreen it crashes to load the map. Here my Log file.

Thanks! Go ahead and close out ArcheAge and Glyph. Once they are closed, open your system.cfg file located in the ArcheAge folder within your Documents folder.

With the file open, adjust the r_driver = "DX10" line to read r_driver = "DX9"

Then adjust the r_fullscreen = 1 line to read r_fullscreen = 0 and save the file.

Try launching the game again.

i already tried this out game with low settings directx 9 and windowed still happens.
