Hey there! I'm sorry that you are having these issues. Please submit a ticket with our Customer Service department where we will be able to assist you further. Please include a DxDiag with your ticket so that we can assist you. I have included the instructions below on how to get your DxDiag.To run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool and send us your machine’s DxDiag information: 1. Press the “Windows” and “R” keys simultaneously to open your “Run” window. 2. In your “Run” window, type “dxdiag” without the quotes and click “OK.” This will open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window. 3. Click on the “Save All Information” button at the bottom of the window.
