So... this game, and it's little casino boxes, are so awesome that people are stealing credit cards just so they can buy them?BS! Trion, as usual, has their completely random and nonsensical opinion of what they think is the right amount of an item in the game, and don't give a crap what the actual players think. People were selling too many of whatever costume or mount and to Trion they were "ruining the game" so they had to stop it. The only legit excuse they can come up with, one that is protected by privacy laws so nobody can go digging around demanding proof... credit card fraud.I DON'T BUY IT, TRION! I get it's hard for honest people to believe and understand both the scope and impact of fraud for an online environment. The data is the data and that really can't be disputed. One very important piece from Celestratas post, "To go back to the old method and bind everything to characters on pickup isn't ideal for us."Again, it is better for Trion if they are not bound. If people stopped buying gold it would solve a lot of issues in online gaming in general because this problem isn't unique to Trion.
