View Full Version : Account Banned, no email recieved

A day ago I got randomly banned for apparently no reason, however according to the error message I get when I try logging it says I should have received an email with information regarding the ban itself.

Naturally I have not received this email, although I'm still getting random ones about compensation packs and community surveys about previous tickets, so it ain't like I'm just missing Trion emails altogether.

Can I get another email re-sent out or am I just stuck in limbo for an undisclosed amount of time with no idea why.

I've noticed that some emails from Trion/Archeage appear in my normal inbox, and some, oddly go straight into spam mail. So I'd suggest you start from there and if there's nothing, contact customer support.
