To add, some of my members accounts are unable to log into the NA servers because their account is flagged as a legacy account? They only have characters on Reckoning and can't play right now. Any chance they can get some help? They have all submitted support tickets. Those guys are being pulled out of the queue and specifically looked at. It looks like the number of people hit by that is low, but we're seeing what we can do for them. Sadly, that may take a while, as there are no quick tools or settings for us to fix that specific problem. It sounds like it may require a straight database edit.
