Alright, Trion, it's been a week with the same B.S.
Today I cancelled my subscription. I'm not paying for a game I can't play.
Get your heads out of the proverbial anal orifices.

None of your standard support desk "solutions" make a difference. Not even a complete uninstall and re-install are making a difference. I am now locked into the infinite "UPDATE Loop".

I have same situation started today.. Can you help me? or should I quit like this guy?

I get this error every time there is an update, i think it has something to do with AV. If i disable mine then restart, and relaunch glyph soon after it comes back - it lets it apply the update. Hope y'all can get it working.

I just did a reinstall of glyph and I think reran the Downloader the night before, as well as turned off Norton firewall.

Try a few of these things and I bet you're in game in 5 to 10 mins. Trion ain't doing ♥♥♥♥ to help with this though. They should be tell you specifically what to do, and fix the issue related to security so we don't have to do this every time. My Norton doesn't want to allow glyph files. I'm going to blame xl/trino for that as well.
