View Full Version : Archer's Rise skill Questions

Hi, I have a few questions about the archer's Rise skill.

1. While activated, does it make the archer immune to melee since they're floating up in the air?

2. Will the archer be immune to cc spells like Bubble and Mudhand with Rise activated?

3. Is the archer restricted only to archery skills while floating or can he cast also spells or activate bard songs?

I was thinking of including it in my build but I need more info about it.

I have not played around too much with the Rise skill but here's what I know:

1. Only attacks that let you leap at the target will be able to connect (Lunge/Heavens Bolt)

2. I have not tested it out but I'm pretty sure you can be interrupted (Chain Pull/Sleep)

3. I believe you can use any ranged attack moves.

Rise is a hit or miss skill really, it could be a waste of a point in most situations but could be your saving graces at others. I only really suggest using Rise if you have a group with you that can distract the enemy while you snipe them down.

i'll tell you what i know about this skill when i play on RU server.

1. Any skill that have cast range below 7m wont hit you (you rise 7m into the air when using this skill)
2. i dont think you gain immunity
3. you can use any ranged skill that has INSTANT cast time.

to be noted that you cant turn your body around while you're in the air, that makes this skill really bad, maybe trion will change how this skill works.
