View Full Version : Regarding Founder's packs...

Not really here to complain, so much as curious. When the dust settles from launch, if we're still missing our founder's packs or part thereof, will we need to contact support to get the missing items? Or will they be rolled out without our needing to do so? I've only gotten half my stuff, it seems - still missing my Daru chests and expansion scrolls, among other things I can't quite remember off the top of my head.

I also got only half of my items. What I did:

I contacted online support at around 4pm, I was something like 250th in line. At around 11pm a GM contacted me and solved my problem and promised missing items will be mailed to me through ingame mail system. Next morning when I logged in to check, all missing items were sent to me.

I'm also still waiting to receive em. I already logged a ticket, but seems I best contact em through live chat.
Shame for items that were granted in beta without any issues.

Yeah, meaning to talk to support if I don't get them by Monday... just wanted to see if they would be doing recovery anyway, or relying on people sending in tickets for their items.

There's no ingame support function, is there?
