Hey there guys. :o We're getting through these tickets as quickly as possible, but it's best to update your ticket if you're still having trouble, as a GM will need to address your account individually. The forums are not intended to be a means to bypass customer service, we're sorry if there was any confusion on that front, but we do need to go through the intended outlets for these issues. If you posted here before, I do encourage you to check again on your account, as changes may have been made to remedy the issue you were having before.
