Not being done as the same character, alts gonna alt, and all that. My Poxbane is near 50, and basically done, with this as the plan:

cloth armor (Lake), Scepter, Shield. designed as support/point holder for groups. not going to advance on anyone very effectively, but I've been annoying enough defending trade pack turnins, etc. This one I'm mostly looking for 'and what could I tweak to be even better'.

As for the Inquisitor and Infiltrator, they're sort of 'not wanting to do exactly what everyone else does', and I'd like to know how to build these two effectively. with Infiltrator, I'm thinking of ignoring the 'magic damage etc' skills, taking Freezing Arrow, Insulating Lens, Path of Frost, and possibly Flame Barrier (as well as possibly more mana and sorc range boost passives) to launch combos off of my archery skills for the DPS source. Inquisitor I'm less sure on, debating a 2h mace, or dual wielding maces to utilize the healing aspects properly. I'd like advice on how to run these two well.

Inquisitor I took as a typical rogue-heavy DPS class with some extra utility, coming from the mass Twilight/Mirrors Light debuff from vitalism to give them an extra edge in crippling healers in PvP, and a nifty trick in group PvP. You could also if you have an extra skillpoint keep resurgence on you when your damaged so your healers can combo off you easier. Otherwise vitalism conflicts with what the purpose of battlerage/shadowplay is, damages.

You can't dual wield with maces.

This is what I run as a Poxbane player.
You have one skill point leftover for whatever you want, I usually take imprison or bloody chantey.
