You can't purchase APEX atm because the market is down, you can't use the in game market either, they are tying to fix some pretty crucial bugs with APEX and the Flashy Racing Kits, It's really stupid that they haven't fixed it yet, the market will probably be down for a few days cuz Trion is bad

Hey GM Hummingbird, why don't you guys monitor the False Positive ban thread and work on those tickets too? I'm not quite sure why these people are getting special treatment. Is there a particular reason? They could be lying to you about intending to use their credit cards and be trying to waste your time. Sounds a bit ridiculous I know but apparently that's what you think about us false-positive people too.

Apparantly, the automated system is faulty, and flags people left and right (that is a small exagerration - but it IS a bit faulty).

This is what my bank told me, Trion's website is not secure enough and triggered their security system. That's why the transaction was unsuccessful. My bank called me to confirm the payment and said they will allow it to go through one time if I decided to make that purchase again. And it did, the transaction finally succeed.

However my bank added, if I make another purchases from Trion in the future, it's highly likely that will trigger their alarm, and I will have to confirm it over phone again...

I just want to take a moment to provide more information on the various errors people are running into. Sometimes you may run into an issue that prevents you from adding a payment method to your account. You will be able to enter all of your details, but the page simply refreshes and the payment info isn't added.

In other situations, you'll have a payment method added, but when attempting to make a purchase you will receive an error that you should either contact support, or try your purchase later.

Whenever you run into either of those situations, please contact support. You can either submit a ticket (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/478), or contact Live Chat (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/chat/chat_launch), if eligible. There are some errors we can fix very easily, while other errors may require additional information. In some cases, the error is not one we can fix and we will ask you to try a different payment method.

My patron pay-per-month expired and I got an email saying that it didn't renew because of billing failure. I tried to renew my subscription on the website and failed two times. I checked my bank account and I realized that my bank account was charged for both times. I then got two emails from Trion saying that the transactions I made failed.

First you cut off the Market so I had to buy basic ♥♥♥♥ at rediculous Auction prices and wasn't able to add a character slot because a lot of 8x8's are opening up because everyone and their dog are quitting this game. Now I'm specially screwed because you LOCK my main race. You already ♥♥♥♥ed up bad enough, now you're going to say ♥♥♥♥ you to the few remaining people who actually want to play?

Payment by VISA SHOULD NEVER FAIL, I NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING AS REMOTELY ♥♥♥♥ED UP AS THIS.... Far less legit sites have no problem with payments, ♥♥♥♥, I might aswell go to the goldfarmers, atleast they'll take my money and I'll get way more gold in return then I'd ever get through the marketplace. ♥♥♥♥ this sht.

I know what you mean, I already called my bank to check the card. They said there was no block on their side. And since Saturday (when i first ran into this issue) i've used my visa for tons of other things. So it has to be Trion! :(

I also experienced the same issue via both my Patron accounts. They are using seperate VISA Credit Cards. The main account VISA Credit Card was even registered and successfully made purchased of the Founder's Archeum Package back then during Beta. Out of the blue a week ago, when I try to make purchase on Apex and Credits, the Apex purchase went through but the Credits purchase hit the "unable to purchase, please try again later" error which I tried next day and still the same.

Hence one day I could not sleep and went online and gotten a GM and he did some verification and did some "reset" on Trion end and asked me to try 15 mins later. I tried 30 mins later and I can again make purchase.

Trion is having issues on their end that is confirmed! LOL.

I have tried multiple methods of payment that do not work. I hope they do not send me this without the issue being resolved. I know the problem does not lie with myself or my financial institutions.

I've been getting that message all week anytime I try to buy something from the website, especially APEX. I know the problem isn't on my end, since my card & pay pal accounts are working fine, and I've been able to make purchases from Trion's website in the past so I know the information is input on the website correctly. I submitted a ticket earlier this week with no response (of course), was hoping someone else would see this and respond.

This has been happening to me someone please fix my account! This is the most aggravating thing. Esp. when your been playing Trion games since day 1! & have been a legit player since day 1!

I'm a QA tester I should know! Also, How in the world are you going to tell people they can't be served live chat help if they don't have a recent purchase or patron!

I just wanna be able to purchase my 3k credits and patron and enjoy my snowed in day! Im stuck in a storm on top of all this mess great!
