1.) Your financial institution is preventing the charge from processing which could be due to fraud prevention systems
2.) Your billing information was input incorrectly into our system
3.) There are insufficient funds on your account
4.) Your gift card was not registered, and therefore, does not have a Zip code tied to it

Called my bank checked transactions and they will tell you if its there end! It just now cleared for me! Literally so delete your cookies and everything also! MAKE SURE THERE IS NO FRAUD PROTECTION! & FUNDS are available including any taxes ur country has!

IT ONLY worked after I got an email! Who knows why!

No, credit purchases have not been disabled. Everything except APEX should be working properly.

Checked out my account and my card on file is an older card from my Rift days and it is expired. Unable to update or add the new CC info(same card# with new expiry date and CVV code). I just want to take a moment to provide more information on the various errors people are running into. Sometimes you may run into an issue that prevents you from adding a payment method to your account. You will be able to enter all of your details, but the page simply refreshes and the payment info isn't added.

In other situations, you'll have a payment method added, but when attempting to make a purchase you will receive an error that you should either contact support, or try your purchase later.

Whenever you run into either of those situations, please contact support. You can either submit a ticket (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/478), or contact Live Chat (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/chat/chat_launch), if eligible. There are some errors we can fix very easily, while other errors may require additional information. In some cases, the error is not one we can fix and we will ask you to try a different payment method.

Once you've submitted a ticket, post your ticket number in this thread and we will update it as quickly as possible.

I'd like to Thank GM Hummingbird for his help on this. After posting my ticket # He/She was able to resolve my issue within a few minutes with my account and re-established my Patron status. I didn't lose any labor points or anything. Thanks Hummingbird!

How can they continually be so inept when it comes to their product? There never seems to be a sense of urgency at Trion to fix anything that they break (that is totally my perception). It is very disappointing.

I spoke with them via live chat and the rep said that he corrected the issue, but that I needed to wait 15 minutes for the system to refresh before attempting the purchase. I had to leave the house after that so I didn't have time to test the purchase. However, it seems as though live chat has a better outcome than submitting tickets since they are too inept to actually research the issue using that route.

Its not letting me add a payment method.

So I went to Amazon.Com and bought 10 archeum starter packs just for the credits it cost me over 1500$ Please get this fixed soon. I had to throw away a bunch of char slot scrolls mounts and what not.

Id like a little compensation for the money I spent on those Archeum Packs just to get credits maybe some bonus credits.

I was able at one point but deleted my payment options because of some concern with the security of your site during the Auroria launch and now I'm unable to add it again. Folks.... Maybe your Financial-Institute has blocked Trion itself, so you can't purchase something. Happened on my brandnew Visa, talking with the support of the provider: Trion was blocked on the very Start. So maybe Trion is blacklistet?

Hey Scapes, why is this issue making good paying customers wait for live chat or email responses and not being corrected on your end? I just spent an hour waiting to have this fixed on live chat and they tell me that its affecting many players and when I requested compensation for YOUR errors I was refused? Is this how you provide good customer service?

You know one time when playing swtor I had an issue with linking my account for the buddy system, do you know what SWTOR did for me? granted me 500 bonus cartel coins for their issues. Why cant you guys deliver a level of service at least compatible to other companies? You seem to be happy to deliver the lowest possible service level in a day and age when good service is not a luxury but a requirement!

I requested my ticket be escalated and I am requesting compensation for YOUR systems issues, lets show customers that you can treat them right not just take their money and run.

So at least I am not alone here however, I payed 14.99 to add more time to patron THAT went through but no change of status to my patron timer. immediately after making that purchase i tried buying some credits then i get the same error everyone else is getting.

I'm getting the same problem. I'm surprised it didn't just autorenew my one-month subscription, it had my credit card and everything.

I got a letter from Trion to try their link for purchase. Follow link blindly and end up with a year of rift... that worked, strangely. But archeage still doesn't, and I don't even play rift (so luckily I didn't get charged yet).
