Still having issues, first ticket got a response 9 days ago: 141118-002247, provided all information required - but never got a response back which is kind of frustrating... Have a different message now...

"Unable to complete your purchase!
We're really sorry about this, but were not able to complete your order right now. This can happen for a number of reasons, and there may be some things you can do to help."


I called my CC company, and they have not blocked anything from Trion...


New ticket 141127-001944 - in hopes of getting a response.... this is VERY frustrating...


EDIT: Even tried to add another payment method (PayPal) - Still same issue...

I just want to take a moment to provide more information on the various errors people are running into. Sometimes you may run into an issue that prevents you from adding a payment method to your account. You will be able to enter all of your details, but the page simply refreshes and the payment info isn't added.

In other situations, you'll have a payment method added, but when attempting to make a purchase you will receive an error that you should either contact support, or try your purchase later.

Whenever you run into either of those situations, please contact support. You can either submit a ticket (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/478), or contact Live Chat (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/chat/chat_launch), if eligible. There are some errors we can fix very easily, while other errors may require additional information. In some cases, the error is not one we can fix and we will ask you to try a different payment method.

Once you've submitted a ticket, post your ticket number in this thread and we will update it as quickly as possible.

*Update* Solved. Finally. <---- I sound like I work for Trion now Ive been dealing with this for so long. Thank you for finally unlocking it after almost a month. I'm sorry to sound so bitter but I kinda am. That really sucked trying that 100 times and emailing and ticketing and foruming you like 20 times. Yall should really figure out a way to get a handle on this problem.
This time I tried Paypal for the third or 4th time and it took. The agents had to refresh my account like three times. 30 Day trial. Probably gunna be it for me. Not tying my money up in something with this level of customer support. Yall are lucky this game is as amazing as it is or noone would put up with this. = P

Just jump into live chat, explain the issue to a GM, they confirm a few security details to make sure you are you, then they remove the auto-block the system places on your account if you spam buy stuff.
It seems the systems idea of spam-buying is if you make a high number of purchases within a few minutes of each other, it's suggested to space your purchases out so as not to get flagged by the system again.

This is what happens when 1000's of players learn how to exploit the purchasing system and abuse it. They are lol-ing all the way whilst everyone else pays the price.

Actually that is just the message anyone with a purchase error receives. The actual cause of the issue is account-specific, though you will need to contact Support (https://support.trionworlds.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/478) for further assistance.

Get told that it is my bank who is blocking it even though I spoke to them about 5 times and use the same card on another AA account of mine.

I have same problem also, since 3 days. Payed for patron with my paypal, was all fine, then i tried to charge 20 euro for credits and i cant.

I still have on my paypal, 26 euro(checked with my bank).

I even tried to pay directly with my credit card from my paypal account(where i have the money), no success :(


No answer to the ticket.

Maybe somebody can help here?

One other question i have, whats happened at the end of the patron time? I don't want to have same problem for the subscriptions. My paypal will always have money inside for the monthly subscriptions.

Not sure if this goes here but I have credits and every-time I use them they are deducted without the items delivered. I have been reimbursed twice for the credits however, some info would be nice. As of now I try to buy something cheap now and then to check but have yet to have any success. All I ask for is communication.

I also accidentally purchased Rift credits because the e-mail from my Archeage account redirected me to Rift for whatever reason. Any way i could transfer these credits from Rift to Archeage?

I must admit to being somewhat dubious that any of these issues are on 'our end'. I have now tried 3 times with this credit card over several days. I have 1 closed and what are now 2 open tickets, of which the number just given is the more recent and specific. My first ticket was closed as resolved without my even being contacted. My second one has gone for 2 days without any reply at all. Both of the credit cards I have attempted to use, I use regularly. I hope someone can assist me, as it is becoming very difficult for me to continue justifying to myself trying to spend money.

Are you trying to use your APEX by chance? Since APEX is still disabled it will give this error when trying to cash them in.

I think they were discussing it because the bann issue and completing you purchase thing was tied together. The banning appeal process also from my point of view seems to have several problems with it. I am trying to figure out how to do the appeals process and it is very confusing through that e-mail.

We are sill having issues here the reason I think is because we have 5 people that play at my house and this is causing all of the accounts to have this issue. So on our accounts none of us can purchase a patron sub or use the marketplace to get credits.

I have been trying all day to create take my second account from free to play to patron by purchasing a gold starter pack. None of the payment options I have put into the free to play account have been accepted, they don't even try and make a charge to the cards and the bank shows no attempt to make a charge and no issue with either payment options.

I am "Trion-ing" to give you my money, but alas, you will not accept it.

PayPal has verified you will reject it for Archeage but receive it for RIFT. Soooo... you have a problem with the payment acceptance for one product but not another ON THE SAME SECURE WEBSITE.

I'm hanging by a thread here. My neighbors seem to be abandoning or selling their land and either moving - or moving to another game. I still like your game. I tried to send you some money, and you won't accept it. Why is this a bad idea on your part? It shakes my confidence in your product.

If I were in charge of a company whose goal was to provide a product and make money while doing it, I would make sure customers would be able to pay me money. Call me crazy.

I am a PHP/web page developer and I know what is going on with this issue.

Glyph is denying all of my payment methods from my account instantly. The page is not even loading to validate my card information to determine if it is valid or not. When I click "Submit" the button works more as a "Clear" and all my information is reset with red borders around the fields. My cards are valid and I use them everyday even online. Would greatly appreciate it if you could remove this block from my account so I can purchase starter pack...

Hello!

I been trying to purchase credits since yesterday, The GM i am speaking too keep telling me to use a diferent payment method. I have tried using 3 different card which I know has funds. And even added my Paypal account. But the GM still telling me to use a different payment method... What else can I add? I do not want to call 3 different banks to tell me its not their end also.
