Been getting this issue all day as well, first with my card then paypal the store just doesn't seem to want my cash today.

I had it last time i tried purchasing credits as well but it finally worked after a couple of tries...this time its just not even trying :(

i'll leave it for today and try again over the weekend once folks have had time to sort things out.

My issue's fixed. I had to use a completely different card that had no restrictions whatsoever.
Apparently, with all the chargebacks and people claiming that Trion isn't a good business, it seems they're flagged.
Paypal wouldn't even honor the charge. Anyways, i used an "overseas" card to get it working.
Good luck. Call your credit card companies and tell them to lift any restrictions. :)

And there was me thinking it was just me. I rang the credit card company in the end and they say that other than the payment for the patron status they have received no request for money from Trion. I am using a card, or trying to. This game does have a distinct lack of support it seems. Was the same pretty much with Rift and was the reason I switched to Tera. I was kinda hoping that in time it would get better, but in truth this is probably going to be the pattern of things again. So annoying when all you want to do is progress. Never mind.

The point being I can't pay for credits. I also note that the credits available to me from the login screen says zero. I felt a bit of an idiot cus the redirect they gave me went to the Rift stuff and I was able to buy credits for Rift no problem. So why is it just the Archeage thing. My guess is the computer is struggling identifying your character and status... dunno. Who knows. I had tickets open a while and nothing... not a dicky bird.

I've never had such an issue with any company buying in game currency. Anywho heres the Ref # 141223-001394 not that it matters from what i can tell customer service is next to none for AA...

Give the system 20 minutes before attempting the purchase again, and update your ticket if you're still having trouble.

Prepaid visa aswell from me, Now however, the error is different, it says "Purchase incomplete - Your glyph is under review" and then shortly after "Purchase cancelled after review"

Submit ticket isn't working at all... so had to make a request on the Trion Support Center.

Has my problem and my order# that is under review. Any GM help would be appreciated.

Note to self never buy points for a character slot again... Not everyone wants to spend 20$ on points and apparently wanting to buy 2, 5$ packs will flag your account. Even with an extensive purchase history on this and rift, not to mention the fact the account has patron status...

UM GM Hummingbird.... I also had trouble purchasing credits. Rather than submitting a ticket.. i have another idea. WHY DONT YOU FIX THE PROBLEM? What if I want to buy credits again tomorrow? submit another ticket? and another? and so on and so on? PLEASE just fix the problem on your end.. whatever that problem may be.

Trion Worlds Support Center: Request #5834: "Unable to complete your purchase" issue. Submitted my ticket last monday (2 days ago) and still no answer. Cant make the purchase (even if I tried with different payment methods) and my ticket wont get answered. Anyone could enlighten me? I bought credits like 1 week ago and I had no problems at all. What on earth is going on? I assume something isnt working on their end?

I read the GMs were very active solving these issues up to 12th January... Are they still around solving them?

My renewing of my patron status has gone thru but have attempted to buy credits and apex twice now and it still gives me "Purchase In Progress - Your Glyph Order Is Under Review" then it follows up with an error.
