Same with me, I used my credit card to buy the Silver Pack. As a person living abroad it can be frustrating to deal with this. Interesting to see others going through the same motions I can go through. I deleted my payment method, in the hope that re-entering would help, but that didn't help.

#141020-001684 - this is my ticket number. I hope you can help me out. I keep getting "this is not a valid method" etc, even though it 100% works as I tested it out on Steam earlier and put $10 into my steam wallet.

Thank you for your time. Please let me continue to play this game, or I will unfortunately be forced to leave, because I spent too much time building up my farmland with my friends to not want to keep playing with Patron status.

I think all of us that have EXISTING TICKETS proving our desire to purchase credits...should 1) get it fixed so we can get credits....and 2) Carrot Dash mount as compensation since TODAY is LAST DAY THEY ADVERTISED to US to hurry up and buy credits to get a chance at the Carrot Dash Mount.......WE ARE TRYING TO FULLFILL OUR END>>>>FOR DAYS!!!

i've also been attempting, AMEX, Visa and paypal all wont work.
Paypal looks like it works but trion emails me "There was an error in processing your order"
creditcards give the We are unable to complete your purchase. Please try again later.

I used rixty to purchase the first month and some credits but would like to pay for a sub, currently sitting in the live chat queue to try and get this worked out as apparently my sub expires today.

Ive run into this before, its the security measures preventing fraud. gets old quick. put in a cart and allow multiple apex purchases at one time along with credits

Same issue here. Sitting in Chat queue currently as position 444.

3:34 EDT Was able to purchase an Apex.

3:35 EDT Attempted to purchase $20 worth of credits and got the Unable to blah blah blah message.

Of course, it probably does not matter since almost all of my attempts over the last couple of weeks to purchase items from the Marketplace have failed - credits eaten and no items delivered. Thankfully, Support has followed up with me re this matter (via Chat).

If it is truly because of a fraud detection, and that a certain amount of transactions in a day can flag your account, then please make this well known - it also seems strange since there is no CART system, forcing us to make seperate purchases for each item - which also causes flags for the credit cards and the banks that we use.

My son tried to buy 2 x $100 credits through PayPal and both times it came up as unable to process and emails sent stating that he was not charged.

Just checked his bank account online and payments for both transactions have been taken with no credits received.

Now the fun (not) part of trying to sort it out.

It seems that the way to solve this problem is to pay with Rixty...

It's the only payment method that works for me... so it seems weird, Trion have been taken my money for some time, but now they want me to give it to Rixty instead...

I just lost my patron status this morning all of the sudden completely out of the blue. I originally paid for a patron pass subscription that never took effect on my account. After TWO WEEKS they FINALLY refunded my money and gave me a "complimentary" 30 days of patron status. I thought, "not bad...but still...two weeks?".....now....a week into the so called "complimentary" 30 days of patron status I lose the patron status completely out of the blue and sudden....while I was logged in non the less.

Live chat had me log out of the Glyph Website, clear my cookies, shut and down my browser. When I fired ti back up and logged back in I was able to make purchases again. I do not know if they also had to do something on their end, but I thought I would mention it here in case that helped anyone else hop over this obstacle.

Doesnt work. its not even saving my paypal details anymore... Even when I dont purchase anything and just put them in to save it I get an email saying 'error processing your payment' when i wasnt even trying to pay for anything :/

Tried it with CC again, and when I submit the form the page just refreshes and all the fields are red with no actual errors given.

Just ran into the same issue when attempting to purchase credits for the upcoming new Marketplace items.

I purchase APEX regularly on this card and have had no prior issues, other than the annoying APEX limit/day and only being able to buy them individually.

Fortunately I have Patron for 2 more months so I don't have to worry about that, but still very annoying.

If a GM reads this I strongly recommend allowing us to buy Apex in bulks such as 1, 5 & 10. Hopefully I can get help from live support (Doubtful)

Same problem here on a card i have used since beta, now all of a sudden it won't work. I have contacted my bank and they said they are not even receiving notifications that i'm trying to take the money out and that there's no blocks or anything on my end so it's definatly TRION!

I understand erring far on the side of caution with online payments. I really do. With the huge target on games like this for hackers/scammers/fraudsters, you want to minimize chargebacks from stolen credit card transactions/unauthorized account entries, so it makes sense. It's easy to have your merchant account flagged by credit card companies when too much of this happens.

But you have a specific option you select when opening a ticket for this issue. These should be resolved immediately, all day long. It's a direct loss of revenue. For every customer coming here to complain, how many are sending in tickets and waiting days/weeks for answers that don't come? For every customer that sends in a ticket, how many are just shrugging their shoulders and taking their money elsewhere?

If this were my business, issues preventing customers from spending money would be at the exact top of my priority list.

I have submitted a ticket, and have posted on this forum a few times. Still no fix. You guys need to seriously figure this out. Works for some, but not for others. FIXED for some, but not for others. Kinda messed up in my opinion. Instead of looking at posts from a certain page, why don't you fix EVERYONES issue? Or actually respond to some damn support tickets. My guess is that whatever proxy they use with fraud detection detects multiple transactions in a short frame of time as fraud like behavior, such as ten in one minute. It probably puts a temporary block on users where this is detected and using a 3 strikes your out policy does a perma block on the 3rd.

This is then probably happening to everyone trying to buy Apex in any form of bulk due to the system only allowing 1 transaction of 10 dollars per hit.

It's the kind of poorly implemented design that occurs when the company doing the coding are different to the company providing the infrastructure so I wouldn't be surprised.

Had the same Problem here for days. Nothing from Trion, even Rift 3.0 couldn't be purchased.

So i contacted Live Support. Waited about an Hour in English support, nothing. Switched to German support, got answered a minute later (multilanguage ftw). and after 5 Minutes Live Chat the Issue has been resolved. Now i'm closing the ticket i opened 5 days ago. maybe it helps.

Trion wont let you purchase from them so they ban people who try to purchase from third party providers, not that I condone it. I'm all for supporting the developers, but they're kind of pushing people to go purchase from third party providers when they have so many people unable to purchase through Trion.

This is fixed for me now as of 12pm (AEST Time) 23/10

So after more than a week I finally got a reply to my ticket - basically it was telling me they had fixed my issue with my Patron status being displayed incorrectly!?! I NEVER had an issue with my patron status and never reported one! They didn't even read my tickets before closing them! So I still can't purchase Apex or Credits but I have a lovely email response telling me I no longer have a problem I never had. I was up until 3am trying to get onto Chat but gave up (Australian).

Common, this is not the way to do it guys.

My issue has not been addressed still after 7 days since reporting a ticket The ticket is 141016-000979 titled "Unable to make purchases". I was one of the first to report this issue and I'm worried I'll get missed due to the person who dealt with my ticket wrongly categorising it.

Hey Guys. My ticket was finally answered after 5 days and GM Hummingbird fixed my issue for me. I am able purchase Patron / Credits and APEX without any errors. Have faith everyone as they are hopefully working around the clock to get everyone squared away.

After receiving a generic, unrelated (likely script-triggered) response (about Patron status issues) on my initial problem of being unable to add a payment method altogether, I am now in this group of folks in being unable to purchase credits with it. So it's progress. I guess? Which took 4 days to even happen, and doesn't seem to have actually solved the problem at all.

This is likely caused by a false-positive fraud flag on your payment method. It should now be cleared for those in this thread.

Scapes i cant purchases anything at all with my own cards... I am very upset about that because im tired of having to fight just to get 750 credits.... let alone every time i try to get Apex i get denied 100% of the time. I have the funds, All cards are active and not expired, I call the bank make sure they are not refusing the transaction. so it comes down to Clearly you don't want my money anymore if you are not willing to fix this.
