GM G.A: In this situation, it could have been purchasing things too fast, or it could be from using your credit card with another account if you have a sibling or a significant other, or a many number of things. But it's just a fraud prevention program to protect you. Sometimes it's just a little overprotective!

Same problem now for almost a week. I even managed to get a question answered I did not ask!!

ME: Hi there, For the last few days I have been unable to make purchases from the store for Apex or credits. They always come up with "We are unable to complete your purchase.
Please try again later.". Can you let me know if there is some block on my account due to too many purchases etc? (i know i have made alot of purchases :P)

THEM We do apologize for any confusion which has arisen with your account recently in regards to your Patron status. If you were promised and given 30 free days of Patron time on 9/20/2014 then your account has been adjusted to accurately reflect this. Additionally, if you were charged due to that 30 days not applying correctly then that charge has already been proactively refunded to you and your patron status should be displaying correctly.

ME You have provided me an answer to a question i did not ask meaning you didn't even read my question... Please read it again and reply with an appropriate answer.

I had that problem, I submitted a ticket, it is the ingame fraud detect , " for your safety they stop purchases' if they feel there is excessive use of a CC or payment method" usually once you get your ticket looked at and confirm it is you buying, the problem goes away. hope this helps.

I'm not reading all 79 pages to see if this was addressed already but two things I want to point out that ARE found in the FAQ
1) Making too many purchases in X amount of time will flag your account and you will not be able to make purchase until you wait X amount of time (I dont know if it's 12-24 hours)
2) If you are paying by PayPal you need to disable to the PayPal Credit method (old Bill Me Later) or it will not work. What I mean by this is going in to your paypal account, clicking on your Options and choosing a different funding source (like your checking account or credit card).

This is my run in with a GM responding to my support ticket. This is the one and only ticket I've ever opened. I really appreciate those helpful FAQ's that don't apply to my problem as well. I finally got my issue resolved after I sat in live chat for 9 hours waiting for a representative though with an average user wait time of "1 hour".

I talked to live chat and they had it fixed in minutes. all i got was "I have found the issue with your account give me a momment to fix it" Then came back about 4-5~ minutes later and said to wait 15 minutes. This was after i used a second account to get patron (Dat offline bonus ftw) , and from looking around. it seems my card may have been labeled as Fraud since it was assigned to two accounts. I mentioned the second account in live chat. another 4-5~ minutes went by and they came back and said i was good to go. So it IS something live chat can fix

Started having this issue the beginning of this week after I bought a few apexs on my account now it refuses to process my payments even if I add my own debit card. I hope that it would fix before the event ends or before my patron is up for renewing or i'll be unhappy. :mad:

Hey, i had the same issue for days. i submitted a ticket and sat in live support for 5 hours. But once i got there the Admin fixed the issue for me in under 5min. Its a issue with there back end. Something gets confused and thinks a purchase is pending. Long wait but it was fixed fast.

one would think they would make this a vital priority in Permanently disabling whatever is causing this and clear all accounts affected, I'm very surprised with the relative inaction when it comes to sorting this out once and for all, instead we have band-aid fixes to each and every account, taxing the poor support staff to the ends.

Guys, this was what I did 5 minutes ago, in order to get the Patrons.

- Choose Buy Credits instead
- Buy more than 2400 credits
- Use Rixty (I paid from there and the transaction is exact, meaning no additional surcharges)
- Then after getting the credits, click on the very bottom, there's one item call 30-Day Patron (NOT the subscription one above)

Viola!

I am perturbed why no CS came out and teach this method. I assume that TRION's payment gateway is totally down for the moment.

This is a good and proven way (Me) to get your patron status, and 2400 works out to be One Dollar more than the usual USD$14.99, making it US$15.99 (est)
Which is fine for me given the crap gateway, which probably means I may have to wait few more days, so 1 dollar is ok (for me).

Yes this is my second time trying to purchase anything from Trion and now I'm back again because I'm unable to make purchase. Ticket is #141024-004773 . I mean last time it took us 3 days to sort out our accounts and now we are back in the same situation again. Out of the 4 people that I play with that are having them issue I'm the only one still trying to pay to play this game, am I stupid or what, I guess I just love the abuse.

Yes this is my second time trying to purchase anything from Trion and now I'm back again because I'm unable to make purchase. Ticket is #141024-004773 . I mean last time it took us 3 days to sort out our accounts and now we are back in the same situation again. Out of the 4 people that I play with that are having them issue I'm the only one still trying to pay to play this game, am I stupid or what, I guess I just love the abuse.

Yeah I am also having this issue, have tried both with Paypal and CC directly. bought apex/credits just fine about 2-3 weeks ago then after my fourth purchase I got this error (figured my bank may have blocked it as possible fraud due to the last 4 purchases all happening back to back) tried the next day and it worked fine (bought 1 more apex). With the Halloween event happening I tried to buy some credits for the new reward chest and all 6 times I have tried (spread throughout the last 2-3 days) I have gotten this error. I called my bank and they do not show any blocks/warnings/etc on my account or card. I have tried submitting a ticket and so far only gotten the "robot reply". Well looks like by the time this possibly gets fixed Halloween will be over and won't be able to get any of the seasonal stuff.....way to go Trion.

I purchased 50 worth of credits and the money has gone out of my account, my bank even rang me about it and i haven't received the credits. i had an error message. i spent another fiver just to see if it would push the transaction through and that worked fine. it has happened to me before with buying the 20 credits one and the same error happened so i did it again then i got double i do not wish to try that again as 100 quid is alot of money

I've had a ticket open for 7 days for this issue, and it hasn't even been looked at. I have tried to use PayPal and direct credit card and neither have worked for over a week. The good news is that Trion were able to fraudulently take out subscription time from my PayPal account when it wasn't due and then payed it back a few days later lol. GG Trion some fkn billing system you guys have. Canceled Subscription until this is resolved.

Okay so I had my problem resolved took 3-4 hours waiting in the Chat Que this is what is causing the issue for many people: GM Amariel: We have an automated system that stops players from purchasing large amounts of credits to ensure if your account is hacked that the hacker cant spend large amount of your real world money.

This is a good feature to have, however the wait times to get this fixed is ridiculous!!!

How are we getting flagged as "fraudulent" by your security? I hit pay with Paypal; put in my info, submit...then wonky errors ensue. Your security software seems a tad on the overkill side...like trying to swat a fly with a howitzer. I've still not gotten any response, and from what I have seen of others waiting even longer, it's the same for them. This is the first game I've ever seen that was unable to take money that people are willing to throw at it.

It's been over a week now, it has happened once before but the problem fixed itself after a couple of days without needing to contact support.

Also, I have tried using my Paypal account which is also linked to my bank card, but still get the same error. I know I have funds in my card and internet purchases are working on said card.

Please fix this quickly, I'd hate to have to open a ticket every week to get the problem resolved if I want to sink an extra $20 on the game.

I use the Glyph site to purchase APEX some times up to 6 at a time and never have a problem but if I try and get gems.credits on the same site same page it wont let me make the purchase... i had try to buy some credits with the Apex Methode, the only way for paysafecard. But the Problem is, the "allopass" Software tell me, i have to deactivated a IP-blocker, but i havent one, i can see my IP in the Website ripe.net. The Support from paysafecard tell me (ive write a mail), deactivate the blocker or use an other payment Methode %-/

I am having same problem, Just started the game 3 days ago and have not been able to make any purchase on paypal, cc or debit cards. Ref # 141024-002701

Thanks so much for quickly taking care of my ability to purchase. Only thing wrong is once I did purchase your Archeum pack I received none of the items. I did have loyalty points upon login and it did award the market place credits but no items. Possibly I just do not know how to retrieve them.

I often get Visa gift cards at work and use them for in-game purchases. I was able to buy APEX the other night but not credits. I've previously bought credits using the same type of gift card but for whatever reason it simply doesn't work anymore. Very frustrating! I've got 4 different CC's to use and it will not complete the purchase. Usually after entering in ALL the information correctly, the form resets and red lettering is around all of the blank fields. If I DO manage to get a CC entered in without problem, it just fails to complete the transaction. My email trash box is literally filled with 50 failed attempts in the past few days to purchase credits....

Please remove whatever fraudulent flag is associated with my account. You can look at my transaction history and account information for yourself, there's no funny business....

Never seen a company not able to accept payment for so long!
