I had this happen also when I was trying to get credits and I tried to get apex to see if it would work and it did but not for credits. 141027-000103. Also have been waiting for 3 hours for live chat and still waiting but I am #5 now.

This is likely caused by a false-positive fraud flag on your payment method. It should now be cleared for those in this thread.

My 90 days are wrongly calculated,

I can't buy any credits, Apex, or purchase a subscription plan. I tried waiting on your online help chat but I got disconnected after waiting for 5+ hours and then went back to the 5 hour queue all over again.

I am at a lost of what to do, I do love the game and want to continue playing but I will lose my houses once my patron (from Apex) is gone. What am I to do? I wish I could just talk to a human being on the phone and fix this problem I have.

Been waiting for someone to reply to my ticket for TWO WEEKS!

That is an absurd amount of time for customer support to get back to you...

It seems that Trion don't have the facilities to cope with the huge amount of problems that are going on, which is a shame because they are going to lose a lot of whales who would have dumped their money into the game.

I still enjoy the game just sad that its being let down by poor customer service.

Same situation here. Tried multiple credit cards, a debit card, and even a prepaid credit card. Nothing worked. Opened a ticket but am not expecting much given the size of this thread. This company apparently doesn't want our money.

It's too bad Amazon isn't selling credits or patron status. However, you can buy Gold and Silver Starter Packs from them and their codes work.

also having this issue for around a week and a half or so. first wouldn't let me purchase credits, but now can't purchase apex either.

Have added and tried different cards with plenty of funds available to no effect.

I've had a ticket open for 7 days for this issue, and it hasn't even been looked at. I have tried to use PayPal and direct credit card and neither have worked for over a week. The good news is that Trion were able to fraudulently take out subscription time from my PayPal account when it wasn't due and then payed it back a few days later lol. GG Trion some fkn billing system you guys have. Canceled Subscription until this is resolved.

Update:

Tonight, I was excited to see a response to my ticket that basically said the problem had been fixed. The email advised me to attempt a new purchase. Unfortunately, like many others in this thread, my excitement turned to disappointment when my transaction did not go through and I saw the familiar "Please try again later." message. I tried it twice just to be sure, then sent a reply with the results.

Hello, I created an account yesterday and wanted to subscribe.
Each time I tried to add a payment method(Credit Card) it's reseting when I'm saving the informations, just after I'm receiving a mail saying my card was refused(I have no problems buying stuff on amazon or other websites with my card).
I tried 20 times at differents moments during the day, but never worked.

u peeps do notice that the 1st 6 numbers of ur tickets is the date of which it was submitted right ? so by posting ur ticket number that is like : #141026-xxxxxx then saying it has been weeks, just makes me laugh because theres actually ppl that have dates on their tickets that is ACTUALLY 2 weeks ago or more

The last 6, atleast in my case, was the time of the first email.

That leads me to believe that the Question Reference number is not the number they go by in the queue, since there could be multitudes of people with the same number doing it by this system.

Update:

I posted a previous update a page or so back. I received another email, not long after the first, saying "I tried something else. I think it's fixed. Please wait 5-15 minutes and try again." I waited, tried again, and this time it worked.

So, problem solved for me, at least for now. In my last email, I reminded the GM that there were many more people in this thread and others that were still waiting for their fix.

Good luck to everyone and to myself! I hope this problem gets escorted back to h3ll where it belongs.

Tried to buy an apex, clicked confirm purchase and I got the "We are unable to complete your purchase. Please try again later."
Thought it was a bug so I tried once more, got the same error.

Hopefully it didn't charge me whatsoever... When is this going to be fixed so I know when to try buying it again...?

It's okay guys, i've moved on to FF14: ARR since i haven't been able to purchase my patron status. Thanks Trion for directing me to a team of Devs who actually care about their customers. FF14 looks better and has much more pleasant atmosphere than Archeage IMO.

Update. After getting so pissed I was about to leave the game. I got into live chat and waiting in the Que for just over 3 hours but I did get to talk to someone finally! This was my 3rd try on live chat and I finally got to get a GM on. GM Achess helped me and worked on my account.... he asked for my email address. account info on the card and paypal I used to make purchases in game on the Market and out of game for APEX.... it took over 20 min after I gave him my info then he comes back on and says it should all work now as they made some changes to my account info. Wait 15 min then try a purchase and it all should work.... I logged off the chat and prayed. 15 min later I try to get credits on the Market in game...... GOT THEM!!!!! .... out of game tried to buy APEX...... GOT THEM!!!!! I am stoked now!!!! It took WAY WAY WAY to long to get this fixed and the Que times to talk to someone are WAY to long.... that said ... GM Achess... We all know that this can be fixed. The question is: "Why they do not fix this once and for all".

I am also having this same issue, I was trying to purchase the 149.99 Starter Pack and join 3 of my friends who are playing, but I have been unable to purchase and I have been trying since Saturday. I have tried my CC and paypal, I have even created 2 different accounts and tried a different CC with them and still not able to purchase..... This is ridiculous, I have also received no response to my 2 emails to Tech support... WTF! I don't understand a company that doesn't want players money or players to join. If I don't hear back soon, I'll take that as a sign this game is going to die and to spend my money on other products. I'll go buy the beta for Elite Dangerous or keep playing Arena Commander for Star Citizen.

EDIT: My reference number in the hopes this gets resolved and I can give this game a whirl.

I'm sorry to hear about this. It's looking more and more like that may happen to me as well. So what I learned from this is: Don't waste time with a support ticket. It's useless. Get to the forums and complain loudly until you're helped. The community managers in the forums are much better at providing service than the people that should be providing service... Give Scapes a raise!!!

Good thing your willing to help people to the front of the ticket system to give you money, but refuse to acknowledge or even reply to the countless people with compromised accounts and in queue with tickets as well to get their accounts unbanned and resecure. Have had the same problem for 3 days now. The lack of an official response is a pathetic show of customer service. How does this company think it is going to survive the MMO market with problems like theses. Never have I played a game with such disregard for their customers. I mean this thread goes up by 5-10 pages a day and yet no one is fixing it. The fact you have one gm popping in and fixing peoples problems at random rather than dealing with the problem as a whole. Which is simply ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, the amount of account issues with this game will be its death. Love the game but Trion come across as a bunch of amateurs in buisness. When your customer can not purchase your product you are failing as a business. 3 days without a response to a ticket is also insulting. Get your act together.

To clarify again, there isn't actually anything broken. We just need to check each account that is having trouble making a purchase for the specific error they are running into. In most cases we can clear it up and you'll be all set. In other cases we'll need to ask for more info or suggest an alternate payment method.

Right now Trion is just digging a shallow grave. As other's have mentioned the customer support is just plain pathetic, you have one gm coming in for a very brief moment to fix one person's problem but then you just shrug everyone else off. People like myself are willing to spend money on the game but we can't! Fix your act; before masses take their money and leave. This so called "customer service" is just pathetic.

Just wrote this heartfelt plea for help and just before I submitted the ticket, I thought, "Jeeze. Let's try one more time so I don't look stupid." and I was just able to add a payment method...

You folks have a big problem on your hands that seems to get worse very time I look. For days I've been unable to make any purchases. I put in all payment information in "add new payment method," but when I submit it just refreshes the page. I've tried every possible way through every possible venue, but I still can't get my money to you people. Then, today, it finally accepts my payment method but the purchase itself can't be completed. Error message "We're are unable to complete your purchase at this time."


I think your game (Archeage) is incredible and you're doing it an enormous disservice by letting this issue go on as long as it has. It's effecting a staggering number of your players who are crying out for help and stating so clearly, "I don't want to leave your game, but no one is helping me."

115 pages at this very moment full of reference numbers and players who have waited well over a month and haven't even been addressed. People are losing their homes in-game because they can't pay taxes via credits. At the end of the day, ya'll are about to go down hard for the saddest reason I've ever seen. We love your game and we want to give you money. This should be at the top of your priorities list and we should be getting regular updates to the status.

Also, on the issue of live chat, it's a good concept only having access if you've recently made a purchase, but this issue is making that system suck balls. If you aren't going to have a customer service number or some other way to contact a customer facing employee for help, you cannot limit that live chat. Thousands of people are finding it impossible to give you their money and this is the only thing they can do to let you know they need help. Become one in an endless stream of tickets.

Please hurry and please help. Not for me, but for all of the devoted players who are genuinely disgusted with the customer service in this company.

I just downloaded the game last weekend, thought I would upgrade it and got this message so not sure where this fraud thing is coming from unless it flags every new account.
Shame really. Trion is and will be loosing a lot of money over this and will drive people away from the game.
Went through and filled out the ticket etc. but looking at some of the folks that have been waiting a lot longer than me, not sure I see any hope for a speedy resolution...

This is the second time I've submitted a ticket for this particular problem. The first time, the reply I received back from tech support didn't have anything to do with purchasing credits. It was like they didn't even read my ticket. They just wrote back that they had refunded my payment for patron status. Which I had actually purchased...... I replied to that email and never heard back. And this is the second time something like that has happened. I had an issue early in beta and it was the same thing, the reply I got back from tech support didn't address the problem I was having. I dunno if they even read the tickets. At the least they don't fully comprehend what is written.

Problem with credit card and paypal. Across all my accounts.

Plenty of money on both, paypal linked to the same card and I used them just tonight to order pizza so. No idea whats going on. I have had payment troubles to Trion for a long time.
