I solved this issue by myself since could not buy credits for a month+ and was bored of tickets.

I am sure that for most of you it is the same problem I had, but this cant be the case for anyone!!! it is mostly related to "Unable to purchase" case when trying to buy credit with Credit Card. (APEX was working sometimes tough)

The problem may not exactly comes from Trion but from your Credit Cards Frauds Services, the truth is that during the hack/ddos atacks, some information was stolen, and some hackers used the credit cards info to buy sh!t in the game and around. In response of the high reports of hacking/stealing several Bank organisms accross Europe decided to insta block any payment recept from their company because of the complains of their customers. (Thats the case of mine, and chatted a bit with the operator)
You actually need to get in contact with your bank and get more information on this and possibly negociate an unblocking if it is the case.
They may be some cases which temporary fix the issue by cleaning history and changing some referencement, but it will only be temporary!

Hope this may help some of you, and brought some light uppon this.

Was having the same issues, the game would not accept my credit card, the site was not even attempting to process payment according to my bank. The game was also not accepting Paypal. Here is what I did to get it to work. I had to make an account with www.rixty.com, its a site that allows you to buy credits for various games. The site does not directly accept credit cards, so I also had to make an account with SEA Gamer Mall at www.seagm.com and used my credit card to add credits to use with Archeage. Then had to log into glyph to spend the credits on Patron status. So far it looks like it worked, will have to log in after the server comes back up to verify if I am actually getting the benefits. Disappointed that I had to jump through so many hoops to do this and there is no useful customer support in this game.

I had this issue myself and am currently receiving it again.

I bought Patron for my account yesterday morning (little cheesed off that my first day of Patron is wasted thanks to servers being screwy all day) didn't know they were down when I got home from work went to purchase Patron for the wife (didn't want to play until that was sorted as I didn't want to out level her). After sitting in the talk to a person qeue for an hour I finally got to talk to somebody to be told they knew exactly what the issue was and had it fixed 15 minutes later. Bought her Patron then discovered servers had been down all day and they didn't come back until 630AM my time.

Went online I'm fairly new 2 char lvl 11 decided I wanted to try something new so I deleted one of them (24hr wait for the friggen slot). Decided that's to long I'll just buy another slot but nope can't give them my money.

Called the bank and they see the payments for the successful purchases this weekend but don't even see the attempted transaction for any of the numerous attempts since.

I would think not being able to take payments would be top issue for Trion.

I've been trying to buy credits since yesterday. I've tried 2 debit cards and a credit card, all are in good standing, nothing works. Getting this come back later message everyone else is getting. I have been using Chrome on two different computers and I've also tried it on Firefox on both machines as well. You would think Trion would have taking our money as priority job #1, even over, "is the game up and running?" This is an actual business right? My patron will expire in a few days and I'd love to renew. Any suggestions would be pretty helpful.

I had this same problem several days ago. Your best bet (if you're patron) is to get Live Chat assistance. I had to wait an hour on queue, but the GM was able to unlock my account (which is probably preventing further purchases) and I've had no purchasing issues since then.

It seems like each day they receive over 4000 tickets and they are not really capable anymore to follow this up. Not only have I waited 24 hours in between like it is mentioned in your info section but also contacted my bank to see if they have interfered, which they have not.
