I have been getting this error started on Monday 11/10/14, but purchased an APEX and $50 credit pack just fine 2 days before hand. Please fix this, Blizzard wants our money but we want to give it to Trion and not Blizzard

Hello Trion,

My main account was banned today and no reason was given.

I was playing with my friends this morning, when suddenly i was disconnected from the world by a GM.

When I tried to get back on, i got a "Verify email and password" message.

I tried to log into my Glyph account and it was banned. So I tried to go to the forums, but my forum account was banned too....


I'm wondering if maybe this was an accident or that I was banned by someone mistakenly?

I have never cheated.. I am a patron, I play this game 10-12 hours a day... I have been running trade runs and farming oranges for over a week and JUST bought 3 farm carts for me and my friends due to the TS drop in prices. Now suddenly I can't log on....


PLEASE, HELP ME!

at least your live chat works lol I can't buy patron and have tried every single payment option there is and live chat doesnt load what a joke.

Wild guess here but I think one of two things happened:

1) Trion realized what an atrocious blunder this cash shop addition was, but was unable to remove it themselves due to restrictions in Trion/XL Games contract, so the only thing they could do was disable their own cash shop, while trying to work things out.

2) There have been so many chargebacks on customer credit cards that their transaction system was blocked by banks/CC companies/some broader system.

On another note, I'm disgusted by how many people are trying to buy ♥♥♥♥ in this game. Keep fueling the fire, you ♥♥♥ hats.

I actually know a working workaround for their crappy programmed account managing ♥♥♥♥ - at least for paypal purchases. I am a senior software engineer and it was not to hard to spot that obvious error on trions side i will not go into detail at this point. They will continue to tell you its not their fault but the fault of paypal, its simply ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at this point because their support staff are no techies.

The thing is that i dont like the publisher at this time because of their ignorance tactic and i can only suggest not to put any of your real money into their game because you will regret it if they continue like this.

Here is how you will be able to purchase from their shop:

Step 1
Log in to the Glyph Account Managing website. Remove all your saved payment options like paypal in my example. In order to delete your saved payment options, you need to cancel all your subscriptions first. Like recurring patron subscription.

Step 2
Log into the Paypal website and go to your account managment. If you subscribed to anything from TRION, they asked you to authorise TRION to charge your paypal account without any prompt. You need to actually delete TRIONs permission on your paypal account. You can find that stuff in your paypal account managment under "Payments". There you will find a list of all authorised vendors. Search for TRION and revoke their permission.

Step 3
Now that you have cancelled your subscriptions and revoked their permissions on your bank account, you are actually able to purchase again. THIS IS IMPORTANT NOW You have to use Miscrosoft Internet Explorer (yeah right) in order to make a purchase. I know its crappy as ♥♥♥♥ but it was the only way it was working at least for us. All other browsers like Chrome or Firefox had failed at this point and that may be the cause that its not working for you. Open the ♥♥♥♥ing Internet Explorer and do your purchase. You will be able to make ONE purchase until their system saves your paypal data again. So after you successfully purchased your stuff you have to repeat this guide from step 1 again in order to purchase anything else.

Hey all

Right so i got it working
1. Delete payment methods on your account management page
2. Log out of your account on the website (IS NEEDED)
3. Wait about 30 mins to an hour, yes this sucks but this is the way it happened for me
4. Log back in after the wait, go stright to account management and put in a purchase for whatever (Apex cred's dont matter)
5. Recreate a Paypal / Card Method (dont use rixty or whatever its called)
6. Profit??!?
7. PROFIT!

This is what worked for me, not sure if it will work for anybody else but there is no harm in trying
Unless ur a kid and dont have access to Card or the paypal account... which case, ur kinda screwed

Many others have suggested this before me but i tried their way before and it didnt work, though i dont know why it did this time, those were my steps, take it with a grain of salt

Isn't it just great, Trion has the issue and I have to do all the leg work in order to give them MY money. Yeah I don't think so. I'll just keep my money thank you very much, and save for the next game to come along, one that is SINGLE player and I get what I paid for, right out of the box!!!!

Up to #2004 you sure? cos mine is old: 141111-001391 and yet I cannot buy any credits because of the same problem. Of course, it's NOT a problem on my side since I paid for other friends accounts too with the same credit card the exact same way on the website

Wanted to add to this thread that I experienced the exact same issue and after trying it on 3 different browsers which all caused the same fail result, I randomly tried it on a other PC in the house. And BOOM suddenly it worked there.

I didn't change any settings whatsoever, just logged onto my account on a other PC and could just purchase my credits there. Not sure if it'll work for anyone else but I figured I could at least post this.

somehow i got it working i clear the safe locations verified the email acc on security
then went to become a patron page then select a payment put my credit card number with the spaces
and hit the save payment method after that it saved it hit the time you want ot be a patron hit continue and there was the patron charge.

Well after a copy paste reply that didn't make any sense seeing as I was unable to save payment information in the first place, I can now save payment information. So whatever goats and/or virgins had to be sacrificed for this black magic to take effect have my thanks.

This started when my paypal password was changed for security purposes.... now your site will not allow me to edit the password on your site to match the one on paypal since there seems to be zero way to edit the info on your site.

I cannot delete the paypal and readd since I have a subscription....so that isnt an option.

I tried adding my bank debit card..... says it is invalid so you declined to add it... which is absolutely false...even checked with my bank it is 100% valid.

So then I tried to add my paypal Debit card and it was said to be invalid by your site too...again this is 100% valid card with funds in the account..

Please fix this..it is quite Frustrating.....

Anyone had a response/solution? I've tried 2 different cards, and also paypal (even put cash in the paypal wallet to see if that worked). All saying payment cannot be processed. On one of my cards, the bank actually called up to warn that Trion has been flagged for fraud (I assume this is more to do with the fact I live in the UK and they warn you against everything), but on top of that the bank said they approved the transaction, it's from Trions side that it's getting rejected. These are all using debit cards, from what I've read online they accept debit?

Now when I try to add a new payment method, once submitted it refreshes the page saying all details weren't filled in.

On another forum I read someone with the same problems tried to buy credits to get patron that way and it worked, again for me it didn't.

Trion website says that if a payment is unsuccessful live chat should be open for you to talk to someone, but there is no option for me. So I left a ticket saying pretty much what I've said here but still no response.

Any advice?

Will not accept Mastercard payment to purchase credits. Ticket # 141114-000589. Same error message as those who have posted here. Since this is my first attempt to process a payment, glyph has no love (I mean live) chat option. Already perused and verified that did not make the mistakes the auto-generated response listed as potentially causing this issue. The card company asked if I was processing a payment inside the US or outside or with another country and when I looked up the number for Trion by Google searching another poster in this Forum had found a disconnected number located in Ontario, Canada with area code 519. LOL Trion is a joke.. I started playing this game 3 days ago and have had nothing but problems.

1. They banned my first account for absolutely no reason. Level 16 character just questing along then I get a message saying "you have been Disconnected by a GM" and then found out that I was perm banned. They didn't even tell me why, and I tried to open a support ticket but apparently when you get banned YOU CAN'T EVEN LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT ON THEIR WEBSITE. ITS GONE FOREVER. WTF KIND OF LOGIC IS THAT?

2. After my banning I opened up this account to open a support ticket and ask them why the hell they banned me. (No response from Trion, and after reading MANY forums, it looks like I will not have a response for that in a whole month! LOL

3. After deciding to give the game another try, I eventually just started over and made a new character on this account. For whatever reason I decided to purchase Patron status ( due to the very limited gameplay as F2p) Of course my plan was ruined after SEVERAl attempts to purchase patron status. I got the infamous message "Can't process at this time, try again later" Ive tried with paypal and credit card (just like the HUNDREDS of other players that are complaining about this issue on forums" \


Trion..... what the ♥♥♥♥ kind of business are you running?! I have been a gamer for 5+ years now and have played just about every game on the market. NEVER have I EVER seen such crap as this. NEVER have I seen a circus show like this. Im giving trion a week MAX to get my problems solved or I'm done with the game. It's a shame such a great game is being ruined by a crooked company.


I feel really sorry for the people who were actually able to purchase patron status, just to find out that they still were not actually rewarded with patron status. I also feel bad for those same people who spent HUNDREDS of dollars just to find out none of their purchases are going through, and/or their accounts are being banned FOR NO REASON.

Hey guys i had this same problem too but it's my first time buying somthing on Archeage, does anyone know how to fix this? I already asked support to Glyph but i'd like to know if i can do something to solve this problem (i read that somebody fixed it by using firefox or deleting history but that doesn't work with me)
