I have contacted my credit card company and have started the process for disputing the charges on my account after being banned for going AFK to answer a phone call. I will post when I have a resolution to either Trion getting back to me, via my support ticket or if my credit card services get my money returned to my account.
I would suggest everyone that got wrongfully banned and is not resolved, to contact their credit card services and to start the process.
For me its not about the $14.99, its the point that Trion knows there is a problem and refuses to deal with it by ignoring paying customers.
